How does the introduction of Luna work?

Luna is introduced in three simple steps:

1.
Technical integration: First, our technicians set up the ivoris integration in around 15 minutes via video call. On request, this can also be done directly via your IT service provider.
2.
Personalization: In about 60 minutes, we adapt Luna to your practice. Together, we determine which appointment types she will handle and which booking preferences and restrictions apply.
3.
Luna on the phone: During the third appointment, we set up telephone forwarding in about 15 minutes. From this moment on, Luna takes calls and delights your patients.
Does Luna take my practice's appointment booking rules into account?

Yes, Luna adapts completely to your specifications and books, reschedules or cancels appointments. Thanks to her extensive experience in orthodontic practices, Luna also knows many rules and dependencies without having to be taught them.

Do I have to change my telephone system or number for Luna?

No. All it takes is for incoming calls to be forwarded to Luna. Your patients dial the same number as before and Luna answers the phone.
